 Current Activities

Currently I am going to part of a show at the Arts Council. which is  a step after a fortieth Anniversary show for the Council. I was on the scene when the Council began amd so now I am also in the upcoming show this month I will also be in a Chiarascuro Show at Tivoli Artists Gallery i Tivoli.

The artwork displayed here is a representative sample of Greene County, NY and other points of interest to me.

I've worked in almost all media over time. From My High school years in an Art major I've always had a sketchbook in hand. There have been many classes and workshops from local artists. I started making prints in the 70's at the Athens Print Makers, a program of the Greene County Art and Crafts Guild, inc. I took several workshops at the Woodstock School of Art under Dan Gelfand and Kate McLoughlin.

An active member of Greene County Arts and Crafts Guild, Inc. for almost 40 years. I'm a current member of Greene County Council of the Arts, Columbia County Council of the Arts, The Woodstock Art Association and Museum (WAAM), Tivoli Artists Gallery and the Athens Cultural Center. I've frequently exhibited in juried shows throughout the Hudson valley. I've been honored to have Fifteen different solo shows.

Solo Shows through; The Greene County Council on the Arts, Prattsville Museum, Columbia Greene Community College, Congregation Ashe Emeth, Tivoli Artists Gallery, Cornell Cooperative Extension Center.

I've presented drawing classes here at Columbia Greene Community College (Yes, You Can Draw.) And given many classes for Senior Citizens in Pencil, Pastel, and Oils.
